We’re looking for a healthier and more meaningful way to live."
Welcome to an innately human experience.
This half-day event will help you reconnect to your body and the world through ongoing sessions of movement, meditation, and presentation. We'll conclude with a communal meal (included) and a chance to reflect.
The movement sessions are playful and challenging, with an emphasis on partner games and functional, real-world movement. Meditations will be just as diverse, introducing you to new ways to tune into your body. The presentations focus on big-picture challenges and solutions to our growing health crisis.
