Summertime is over but we can still have fun at the beach. This class will incorporate the many ways you can move through sand to gain strength, balence and mobility. Wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to get sandy! No experience necessary, all bodies welcome.
Come spend some time exploring and reconnecting with movements that come naturally to the human body. This class is an introduction to the practice and concept of natural movement. We will discuss the difference between movement and exercise and then go into movements that will help students to find a stronger sense of balance, a deeper connection to their body and gain more strength and mobility. The class includes playful partner and group work, allowing participants to relate to each other in a fun, physical way. These classes are designed for everyone; no experience is necessary and all bodies are welcome.

Rediscover the movements your body is designed for in a fun, outdoor setting! These classes rotate through a series of movements that focus on balance, crawling, running, lifting/carrying, throwing/catching and jumping. All bodies are welcome, no experience necessary. $10 per person.
